Ms. Shawn Alladio, founder of K38; an international service provider for education, consulting, program development, training and operations regarding Personal Water Craft.
K38 enjoys international affiliations with outstanding qualified instructors, the standard bearer for Rescue Water Craft operations.
Shawn, a California native grew up in coastal communities spent in adventure in the sea and local rivers. She was introduced to the Big Blue by her parents; athletic and spirited creators. Her pedigree is derived from remedial corrections, observations and compassion for the appreciation of the power of nature.
Her Jet Ski journey began in 1979, and professionally instructing in 1989. Shawn is a professional Personal Water Craft Competitor, receiving numerous awards for drowning and accident prevention and boating safety education.
Shawn’s journey is not solitary, comprised of thousands of professionals worldwide who are committed to excellence in operations along with survivors and families who help shape the K38 Way of Training.
She is a National Safe Boating Council and Peace Officer Standard of Training instructor, a committee member for standards review and development for the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators. She enjoys working and racing with Kawasaki Jet Ski water craft.
Shawn is the founder of the Rescue Water Craft Association an international program for water safety, and a partner with Liquid Militia Clothing. She volunteers for non-profit organizations focusing on first responders and military personnel.
She resides in California and enjoys life with her 2 daughters.
