2nd ANNUAL TECHNICAL WATER RESCUE RALLY
There are 22 events.
The events are scored by individual or team participation.
There are several bonus events to pick up or lose points.
All event equipment is supplied, participants are not responsible for damaged gear.
This is a one day event.
This is an international fielded Championship event.
PARTICIPANT MEETING 8:00am to 8:30am
General rules and operational guidelines will be covered on the equipment at 8:00am
Registration complete. Suit up at 8:30am (Shared PPE must be rotated)
PRACTICE - 9:00am-11:00am (Sunrise 7:11am – Sunset 18:55)
Three Hours to practice with the equipment to prepare for the technical rally events
Lunch 11-12pm Served on Site
RALLY -12:00pm – 6:00pm
The Rally will begin with Challenge #1 at approximately 12:00pm. Multiple events may be
Operating at the same time. Dress down at site when done.
Scoring will be posted on the pit board as the results are tallied
7:00pm the Results will be completed and awards issued on site (Canopy on location)

WHAT IS REQUIRED?
For the Participant(s)
Be prepared for Morro Bay Weather!
1. Happy, enthusiastic, positive people
2. California Basic Boating Card (or similar)
3. 18 years of age or older
4. Sportsmanlike attitude and behavior
5. Must be physically and mentally able to operate Motorized equipment (no drugs/alcohol)
1. No Smoking at rally site
2. No pets allowed at rally site
Family and Friends are welcome to attend!
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
1. Full body thermal protection (dry suit/wetsuit)
3. Water Whistle
4. USCG Approved Lifejacket
6. Full finger gloves
7. Eye Protection
Note: We will have lifejackets, helmets and whistles to share if needed. Participants must have a full wetsuit and gloves for personal protection
